The ΒΟΥΒΑΛΙΔΗΣ Α. ΑΝΕΣΤΗΣ was founded in 2005 in Drama, as a consultancy office specializing in new technologies. 

In 2006 the company included in its activities the sale and support of Commercial and Accounting Applications.

In 2009 the ΒΟΥΒΑΛΙΔΗΣ Α. ΑΝΕΣΤΗΣ the range of activities was further expanded to include the implementation of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) projects, as well as the sale of

In 2010 it is decided to use the distinctive title Βa GROUP.
